At Walkers we make no apologies for setting very competitive prices. When you see a price on the Walkers Exhibition Hire website you can be SURE the price you see is the price you will pay. We don't hide the real price by adding damage waivers, late booking fees or GST to the quoted price - our pricing policy is transparent and honest.

The ONLY additional cost to you is for Cartage, currently calculated at 20% of the hire cost.

Damage Waiver
Do you know what this means? Many companies add this charge on, but it is NOT insurance. The 'damage waiver' covers the cost associated with the normal wear and tear to the equipment - in other words, the depreciation of the equipment you are hiring - so effectively you pay twice, once to hire it and again to help pay for it's replacement. For most companies the 'damage waiver' specifically excludes damage resulting from misuse, abuse, loss or damage caused by using the equipment in contravention of the conditions of the agreement you have with the owner.

Walkers Exhibition Hire thinks damage waivers are double-dipping so we waved goodbye to the damage waiver.
